Since 1994, James Michael Smith has personally met with over 4,300 California homeowners over the age of 62 to discuss the reverse mortgage program. I love to listen to people. It is especially an honor to work with the generation who built this country and fought for the freedom my generation enjoys today. It is my personal desire to help these same people regain their economic freedom. I've found that if a person can identify their own personal weaknesses and improve upon them, then he or she can overcome and take control of their lives. In many ways that's what the reverse mortgage does for people. Regaining financial control while converting home value into income.
